Identify new opportunities for improvement by analyzing business processes, information and by actively listening to the needs of the business.

Facilitate discussion among stakeholders to gather information, use cases, etc.

Define use cases for digital solutions (such as tools, systems, processes) and articulate how they contribute to provide tangible benefits for the business and its users.

Develop new or optimized processes and define solution requirements based on information and user input.
