Business Planning Expert

What will you do : Our Business Continuity & Resilience team helps organizations prepare for, manage and recover from disruptions. We design and improve frameworks for operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery.

Help clients build and improve Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs (e.g. Advise on governance, roles, responsibilities and run testing exercises.

Conduct risk assessments, BIAs, and continuity planning.

Work closely with risk, compliance and operations teams to embed resilience into the wider risk framework.

Support ISO 22301 certification and help improve continuity maturity.

Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

3-5 years' experience in risk, business continuity, crisis or disaster recovery, in-house or consulting.

Solid knowledge of business continuity practices (ISO 22301 is a plus).

Experience with BIAs, risk assessments and continuity planning.

Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).

Proactive team player who can also work independently and help grow the business.

You are confident working with AI tools, have a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration.
