Are you passionate about helping clients implement their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform solutions? We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect to join our Belgian Business Applications team!
As a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Solution Architect you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Customer Engagement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
Key Responsibilities :
Owning the Technical Architecture; working closely with the Solution Architect and other stakeholders, consulting on providing technical guidance to clients and project teams in ensuring best practices for architectural design and governance are followed.
Ensuring that the solutions delivered can operate in a robust, scalable, and easy to maintain manner.
Contributing to the Solution Architecture; working closely with the Solution Architect in validating the solution design and implementation plans. Ensuring that the Technical Architecture is in line with the Solution Blueprint as agreed upon, with a focus on the right selection and combination of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform elements, (Azure) Cloud components, and systems integration.
Contributing to requirements gathering; working closely with the Solution Architect, client stakeholders and the project team to define the project systems integration scope and gather technical (application) requirements. As early as the start of an opportunity, in a presales role capacity; engaging with prospective and current clients during solution demos and evaluations.
Participating in our local & global Avanade communities; be a coach and mentor to (more) junior colleagues in our Belgian Business Applications team.
