Accountant AP (Parttime 50%)
As an accountant you’re participating in processing the accounting entries assigned to the virtual delivery center. Mainly within the accounts payable and partially for accounts receivable flow.
The delivery centre is a virtually connected team serving the local country finance department.
Your key responsibilities and challenges are :
- As an accountant you’re responsible for posting : Vendor invoices Employee expense notes Bank statements
- As a preparer you gather all relevant information for the reconciliation of subledger accounts to the general ledger.
- You follow up on open purchase orders, make sure that missing goods receipts are done in due time and invoices get the required approval.
