Solution IT Architect

Our client, a major organization operating on an in‑house, outdated email system, is undergoing a large transformation program to modernize its entire communication and collaboration landscape.

This multi‑phase Communication & Collaboration (COM & COL) program aims to gradually replace the legacy platform with modern, cloud‑based Microsoft 365 technologies. Several components are currently being prepared and rolled out in stages, forming the foundation for a new digital workplace.

As a Solution Architect , you will design and safeguard end‑to‑end IT solutions within the COM & COL program. You will collaborate closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise architects to deliver a scalable, user‑friendly and future‑proof collaboration environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design IT solutions that meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Support project teams throughout analysis, design, and implementation phases.
• Identify architecture risks and help evaluate alternative approaches.
• Ensure alignment of your solution architecture with the enterprise architecture.
• Document architecture decisions clearly and according to expected standards.
• Monitor implementation to ensure alignment with the solution design.
