Technical Consultant (Salesforce)
Location : Brussels or Antwerp
In this role of a Technical Salesforce Consultant, you will be an integral member of the client’s Salesforce.com practices. Your primary focus will involve providing assistance and expert consultation to our clients as they embark on their diverse Customer Experience initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Contributing to the development stream, involving the creation of the CRM solution through point & click configuration, Java / APEX, Lightning Components, VisualForce, HTML5, and Javascript frameworks.
- Working on interfaces such as REST, SOAP, and webservices, as well as handling data migrations using SQL and data models.
- Playing an active role in all project phases, with a particular focus on the build and validate stages.
- Providing valuable assistance to customers, addressing any inquiries that arise during the project.
- Engaging in effective communication with both customers and your project team / company.
- Staying informed and proficient in the force.com platform, continually learning and remaining up-to-date.
- Pursuing Salesforce.com certifications to establish yourself as a professional Salesforce.com consultant.
- Actively participating in Salesforce.com communities to expand your personal knowledge and increase our company's visibility.
- Embracing openness and providing feedback to enhance our internal processes.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Salesforce and Force.com platformDevelopment expertise in Apex, Aura / LWC, and Visualforce, along with a comprehensive understanding of development best practicesFamiliarity with Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSKnowledge of CI / CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) and REST / SOAP APIPossession of Salesforce developer certifications such as Platform Developer I / II and Platform App BuilderExperience collaborating with Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience CloudBenefits :
