We are currently looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to support one of our clients in the corporate banking sector.
Mission Context
The Assistant Relationship Manager supports Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality services to medium-sized and large enterprises. The role combines commercial support, administrative management, and client relationship assistance, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
The mission takes place within a regional corporate banking structure dedicated to local and internationally active companies with increasingly complex and digital banking needs.

Function Description
Client & Commercial Support
- Work closely with the Relationship Manager (RM) to support commercial activities and client relationship management.
- Act as a key contact point for clients when the RM is unavailable, ensuring continuity of service and communication.
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and service quality.
Administrative & Operational Tasks
- Support the RM with administrative and operational banking activities, including:
- Opening new accounts
- Ordering credit and debit cards
- Preparing contracts for digital banking services
- Processing requests, investigations, and client complaints
- Preparing and following up KYC (Know Your Customer) files
- Entering and updating financial statements and client data
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, collecting the necessary documentation and information.
Coordination & Communication
- Ensure clear and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage requests and tasks within defined deadlines and quality standards.
- Act as an internal liaison between clients, Relationship Managers, and internal departments.
Language Requirements
- Dutch: Native level (mandatory)
- French: Good basic level
- English: Good level (spoken and written)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus, but motivated recent graduates with the right background are also welcome.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and PDF tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Business Knowledge
- Strong interest in the business and entrepreneurial environment.
- Understanding of corporate banking products and services is an advantage.
- Commercial mindset and ability to support relationship development.
