HiCareer is supporting a confidential consumer app company in hiring a Data Scientist. The company is around 30+ people, remote-first, and builds a personalised health & wellness platform where data plays a key role in product decisions and user engagement.

This role suits someone who enjoys applying data science to real product problems and seeing their work influence outcomes quickly.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll analyse user behaviour and build models that support personalisation, experimentation and product optimisation.

You’ll work primarily in Python , using libraries such as pandas and scikit-learn , and collaborate with Product, Growth and Engineering teams to translate insights into action. Data pipelines and transformations are supported by modern data tooling, with documentation and insights shared in Notion .

You’ll help design experiments, evaluate results and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
