(Junior) Product Owner

Context of the mission / objective(s) of the job

Role within the Client's Digital Workplace department, focusing on Microsoft Office 365 and Copilot / Agentic AI projects

Responsible for investigating and assessing new capabilities / features in the Microsoft Product Portfolio

Provides functional guidance and expertise during workshops, and documents findings

Works closely with business stakeholders, change management, and technical teams to support innovation and product launches

Responsibilities

daily stand-up meetings with a cross-functional team (architects, product owners, team leads, developers, operations)

product review, roadmap definition, rollout, and sprint planning

definition and prioritization of requirements, user story design

product release management and feedback collection from customers / business stakeholders

meetings with change management team to prepare training and content for end users

validation and qualification activities

documentation and knowledge sharing.

Years of experience : minimum 2 years of proven expertise in Office 365 and its collaboration modules (SharePoint online, MS teams, OneDrive, etc.)

Must have :

mandatory knowledge of Microsoft 365 products

experience with power platform (Power Apps & power automate)

capable of writing documentation (qualification, product notes, etc.)

excellent analytical and communication skills

creative mind and problem-solving attitude

team-player attitude, but able to work independently

customer and service-minded mentality

fluent english (speaking and writing)
