Job Summary
The Service Sales Account Manager is accountable for representing Vertiv and its corporate values whilst driving growth and profitability within assigned accounts (and / or) Region towards defined short- and long-term targets, securing Vertiv is the Account’s preferred partner during the entire Product Lifecycle period.
He / she will manage the relationship with assigned Accounts in a long-term perspective owning the Service Account plan / reviews process and representing the company in front of the Account’s stakeholders. He / she is responsible for implementing the Vertiv Service sales strategy and working with peers, local Service organisations, and other internal functions to meet and exceed Customer expectations.
The role should be located in the BeNeLux region.
Essential Job Functions
Achieve and Exceed Service Sales targets for assigned Accounts / Region.
- Manage and expand the longer-term building and maintenance of relationships with his / her Accounts and the resulting Customer Satisfaction
- Anticipates Commercial and Technical needs, investigates underlying causes and identifies short- and longer-term solutions
- Is responsible to create and follow up Service Account Plan and Service Activity Plan. Creates and leads Service business development plans over the short to medium term
- Define customer needs that support the Vertiv vision to drive additional opportunities that support pipeline growth with selected clients, end users and accounts.
- Engage with stakeholders at senior level in major key accounts to drive full portfolio revenue streams
- Adhere to service sales pricing policies and quotation preparation arrangements to ensure consistency and a professional offering to the customer.
- Proactive liaison and negotiation with customers regarding follow up of outstanding quotations.
- Contribute to the monitoring of the market, identify new business opportunities and propose and drive Service Action / |Account Plans.
- Ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company Code of Conduct and Trade Compliance.

3-5 years proven track record in similar position, in the industry
