IFRS Advisory (Senior) Manager

Join our CFO Advisory team and help organizations transform Finance into a true strategic partner. As an IFRS Advisory (Senior) Manager, you'll guide clients through complex financial reporting challenges while leading and developing a talented team of professionals.

What you'll do

• Lead IFRS and financial reporting projects, including IPO preparation, deal and post‐deal accounting, consolidation, ESG reporting, and more.
• Support client teams with technical accounting analyses.
• Contribute to business development activities and strengthening our presence in the Belgian market.
• Develop and coach team members, helping them grow and realize their potential.

What you bring

• Master's degree and 6–8 years of experience in IFRS reporting/advisory or audit of public interest entities applying IFRS.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in translating business into meaningful financial insights.
• Consulting and people leadership skills: communication, collaboration, organization, empathy, and curiosity.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
