• Safety & Environment (SHE) : Lead by example in safety behavior, implement improvement programs, and ensure full compliance with internal and external standards.
• Quality & Service : Guarantee timely delivery of products that meet specifications, resolve quality issues swiftly, and drive service level optimization.
• Financial Performance : Manage budgets, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and use data to identify and eliminate losses.
• People & Leadership : Foster engagement, develop talent, and build a strong communication culture across the site.
• Strategic Alignment : Ensure the plant’s direction is aligned with broader company strategy, including capex, legal, and operational governance.
