We are not afraid of the road less travelled. /ppbWe are Strada, Partners for the journey. /b /ppWe’re looking for a hands-on Co-founder Co-CEO to launch Bloom in Germany or Switzerland and lead our expansion across the DACH region. You’ll take the lead in acquiring and growing healthcare practices, starting from the first deal, with the ambition to build something lasting, meaningful, and operationally excellent. /ppAs the local face of Bloom, you will source and close opportunities, shape the leadership team, and take full ownership of performance. You’ll work directly with Bloom’s founders, Pierre Laffineur and Francis Forton, who bring deep entrepreneurial and investment experience, and a strong commitment to building high-quality healthcare platforms. /ppThis is a rare opportunity to step into a true Co-founder role — with real equity, full operational responsibility, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in how care is delivered and scaled.
