Because we believe the best way to predict the future is to create IT.Groupe ADF is a French company with an international reach and a human scale.With 4,000 employees across 4 continents, we are a key player in supporting industrial performance.We provide engineering, production, and maintenance solutions across five core sectors : mobility, energy, materials, technology, and health & well-being.As part of our continued growth, we are looking for our new Human Resources Manager (M / F) for a permanent contract (CDI) based at our Antwerp (Belgium) site.What do we offer?Reporting to the HR Director, your main responsibilities will include : Ensuring compliance with rules, procedures, and tools defined by General Management and the HR DepartmentAssisting the HR Director in managing relations with social partners : preparing, participating in, and following up on meetingsSupporting managers in labor law, change management, and people managementLeading recruitment, skills development, training, and career planningManaging disciplinary actions and legal cases in coordination with the legal teamPreparing and analyzing HR reporting and social indicatorsParticipating in weekly HR steering committees and operational meetingsContributing to the ongoing alignment of HR policies and practices across the GroupParticipating in Group-level HR projectsWho are you?You have solid field experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or GeneralistYou have an in-depth knowledge of Belgian labor law and are fully familiar with payroll rules and practices in BelgiumYou are fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plusExperience in the industrial sector would BE a strong assetYou are results-oriented and maintain close relationships with operational teamsYou are recognized for your interpersonal intelligence, discretion, diplomacy, and listening skillsTeam spirit and adaptability are essentialSalary & Benefits : Annual gross salary between €52,000 and €65,000, based on 13 months (equivalent to €4,000-€5,000 per month)Company car providedExecutive status under applicable Belgian labor lawAdditional benefits according to local standards (to BE detailed upon offer)Interested in joining us?Send us your application !Our recruitment team will review IT carefully.
