Our client is looking for a Learning Developer. He will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions, ensuring that personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge and guidance to meet quality standards, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop interactive, user-focused online training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), incorporating gamification and e-Learning best practices
Enhance training experiences through video creation, editing, and visual design, using tools such as Vyond, Synthesia, MS Clipchamp, or Adobe Creative Suite
Promote and support the integration of AI tools in training design and share best practices with the team
Participate in learning needs analysis with stakeholders and SMEs to define effective learning strategies
Manage assigned projects end-to-end, identifying risks and escalating when needed
Coordinate translation of training content with external providers
Collaborate with the Learning Operations team to implement and launch training in the LMS
Communicate and promote training updates to relevant stakeholders
Support SMEs in developing classroom training materials (e.g., agendas, slides, exercises, trainer guides)
Provide KPIs, metrics, and reports on training performance and effectiveness
Competencies
Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-Learning methodologies
Creative mindset to design engaging learning experiences
Proficiency in Articulate 360 and other authoring tools
Strong skills in video production and visual design
Ability to manage and challenge stakeholders on content and learning approach
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Ability to analyse learner profiles and adapt training accordingly
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Fluent in spoken and written English
Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative team player
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality content delivery
