Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vlotte verloop van het productieproces van de masterbatches en het technisch werk in het labo van Cleartint.

Je taken omvatten:

Voorbereiden van productieruns: kleuren matchen mix berekenen & maken en feeders klaarzetten.

Bedienen en opvolgen van de productielijn tijdens een run: stalen nemen en testen alarmen opvolgen...

Uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitscontroles voor tijdens en na de productierun.

Opvolgen en organiseren van verzendingen (verzegelen correct labelen klaarmaken voor transport...).

Uitvoeren van technisch werk in het labo zoals extrusie & spuitgieten.

Onderhouden en reinigen van machines en toebehoren.

Coördineren en rapporteren van het afvalbeheer (zoals afvalwater chemisch afval...)

Profiel:

Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie als proces- of productieoperator.

Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en werkt goed samen in een gemotiveerd team.

Je bent bereid fysiek werk uit te voeren (zoals zakken heffen van 25kg).

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.

Ervaring met extrusie injection molding en kennis van kunststoffen zijn voordelen.

Praktische kennis van excel is een pluspunt.

Na je opleidingsperiode werk je in ploegen (vroege of late shift).
