Function

As Directeur QHSE & Compliance you will redefine and implement a Quality Management System for the Group, support the development and optimisation of processes, and maintain our certifications. You will sit on the Management Committee, contribute to strategic decisions, and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Define the Group’s quality strategy and translate it into objectives and action plans in collaboration with site quality managers.
• Accompany process pilots in developing and optimising their processes within business realities.
• Define and monitor key KPIs for quality, safety, and the environment.
• Harmonise standards, processes, and quality indicators for the Group.
• Maintain and evolve the quality and environmental management system (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).
• Support change management and contribute to operational performance optimisation.
• Supervise internal and external audits for the Group.
• Train and sensitize teams to a culture of improvement.
• Define and implement the Group’s compliance policy (ethics, anti‑fraud, corruption, data protection).
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including GDPR, and oversee the management of alerts and non‑conformities.
• Educate and train employees on compliance, raise awareness of compliance issues, and provide regular reporting to the Management Committee.
