Your Impact

You will contribute to Axons product line as part of the Axon Robotics team (formerly Sky-Hero). We are building career-defining next-generation Drones and Robots to help reach our Moonshot : cut gun-related deaths between police and the public by 50% in 10 years.

As an Electrical Engineer youll contribute to advance Axons mission to Protect Life by designing and prototyping electronic boards and systems for Mission-Critical robots like UAVs UGVs etc.

EDA tools include Altium Designer and Cadence OrCAD / Allegro.

Using your knowledge and creativity youll solve challenging problems in Electronics Engineering and youll design assemble and debug electronics boards and prototypes being a force of proposal in our R&D process.

What Youll Do

Location : Brussels Belgium

Reports to : Director of Engineering

• Participate in research and development of our next generation products
• Design schematic PCBs test verify prototypes and assist the Firmware and Software Engineering Teams in bringing up new boards
• Design and build custom test systems for measuring the performance of our electronics systems
• Test and measure boards multi-board assemblies and electronic components such as batteries motors etc.
• Support manufacturing and follow up designs when changes are required due to component obsolescence or unavailability

Work Location : This role is based out of our Brussel office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite with some flexibility unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
