- To understand and demonstrate the capability to influence and develop the Arcadis health and safety approach within a Business Area
- The Senior H&S Manager (Associate level) is to demonstrate the ability to : Lead exceptional internal and external H&S responses and outcomes through service excellence across multiple, complex, challenging, and risky environments.
- Bring thought H&S leadership based on their own subject matter expertise to the business and clients.

- To manage or lead an H&S topic (i.e. Training) or delivery area (i.e. Water) to provide H&S information, guidance, and support.
- To provide assurance and compliance activities across the projects within the GBA.
- To manage, promote, and lead Health and Safety hazards and risks discussions, ensuring that the information is captured with the H&S processes, i.e. HASP and HARC.
- To promote the culture and behaviors of the organization in relation to the H&S approach.
- To cultivate insights and solutions, and innovate our service offering within Arcadis

Facilitate the quarterly H&S Belgium GBA reps meetingCommunicate to the project lessons learned and alerts for all incidents developing a set of visual and essential standardsProduce HSSW alerts and lessons learned for all incidents on the project developing a set of visual and essential standardsConducts Incident investigations and works with the project teams on incidents that occur to ensure that the H&S vision and values are maintained.Ensure that there are consistent H&S communications, with information available on the Arcadis Intranet.Collaborate with other functions e.g. HR, Property, FM, and Procurement where there is overlap with H&S requirements that are owned by other departments e.g. Induction, pregnancy, stress, etc.Incident Management

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant disciplineMinimum of Grad professional status, or equivalentThorough understanding of one or more sectorsEffective project management, client relationship management, and commercial skillsPromote and demonstrate significant proactive Health and Safety leadership capability and the ability to inspire Arcadis staff on every level around the common purpose; growth of our proactive Health and Safety culture and international client recognition for our H&S achievements and services.Holds a professional Health & Safety degree in any Arcadis-based country and has a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in H&S related to Arcadis business.
