Job description
We are looking for a strong Area Manager to lead to drive sales, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high customer service standards in the assigned area.
Key responsibilities include:
- monitoring performance metrics and reporting on the area's financial status to Company management;
- setting sales targets and defining strategies and action plans to achieve assigned goals;
- leading and coaching store managers, inspiring them and supporting them on all aspects connected with store management, providing solutions and liaising with Head Quarters;
- ensuring consistent operational standards, quality control, and compliance with company policies across all locations;
- recruiting, hiring, coaching and training staff, conducting performance reviews and providing development opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 10-year experience in management positions within Retail.
- Passion and dynamism.
- Ability to lead and inspire people.
- Strong results-orientation.
- Strong analytical spirit.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Flexibility with availability to work on Saturdays and travel to ensure presence in the stores assigned.
- Strong commercial skills.
- Excellent communication-relational skills aimed at developing a local network.
- Fluent knowledge of French and English. Dutch would be a plus.
