Art Director

The company, a Belgian communication agency, is looking for its passionate and dynamic Art Director to join their team.

YOUR MISSION :

Based on the client briefing, develop a clear and relevant message, both visual and written.

• Define a communication thread and a general visual and adapt them coherently to the different media
• Prioritize information and messages according to the different media, online and offline
• Integrate technical/time/budget constraints into the production
• Establish clear guidelines to ensure coherence between the different versions and to promote maximum autonomy for the other participants in the production chain
• Supervise the work of all the project's actors (Graphic Designers, copywriters, web designers, etc.) and ensure the quality of the work carried out
• Ensuring that the team follows up on clients and takes an interest in all the agency's clients
• Suggesting improvements to processes and tools and constantly seeking efficiency and improvement
• Stay up to date on media trends and developments
• Etc.

YOUR PROFILE :

• NL or NL+FR
• Min. 10 years' experience in a similar role
• InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, UX UI…
• Expertise in Marketing/Communication principles
• Excellent writing skills, stress resistant, creativity, artistic sensitivity…
