    Our client is a huge player in the Fashion Industry. They have grown from 2 to more than 130 people over the 11 years they now exist. They have developed a very strong brand across borders as well.

    Today to reinforce the Customer Service team they are looking for various profiles for a temporary mission of 6 to 9 months minimum.

    They are looking for :

    • Customer Service Polish / English
    • Customer Service English native
    • Customer Service Spanish / English
    • Customer Service German / English
    • Job will be Brussels based.

      Description

      As Customer Service you will have following responsibilities :

    • you input the orders in the platform
    • you follow up the status of delivery and you make sure you keep your clients informed of any (possible) changes
    • In that aspect you collaborate closely with the logistics team
    • you are the single point of contact of your clients
    • you manage inquiries and specific requests
    • you handle complaints
    • you do the back up of your colleagues when off
    • Profile

      The Customer Service has following profile :

    • You speak fluent English and another European language (Polish, German, Spanish,
    • You have a first experience in a customer oriented role
    • You can start asap
    • You are free for a period of min 6 to 9 months (may even be longer)
    • You have strong communication skills
    • You are precise, meticulous and can respect deadlines
