Maintenance & Method Engineer - Pharmaceuticals - Wallonia, Belgium - 9-12-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Method Engineer for a fantastic 9-12 month contract based in Wallonia, Belgium.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the compilation of the information necessary for drafting the files preventive maintenance with the various stakeholders (design offices, processes Team UCB, equipment suppliers)
• Define the internal and external needs necessary to carry out the activities and this in the respect of the project schedule
• Recruit the necessary resources by defining the Job description and / or specifications for external companies
• Define the schedule of activities taking into account the constraints of the general schedule.
• Define, monitor and disseminate the progress of the activities under your responsibility
• Intervene in the event of slippage likely to affect project execution time or quality of the final result.
• Escalate the issues, share these with the BR technical services and the management Project until the search for solutions
• Coordinate activities to establish maintenance files during SATs and commissioning
• Report any significant problem that could present a risk (HSE, cost, timing, etc.) and its impact on the C&V coordinator and project management
• Follow specific punch lists and ensure the proper execution of corrective actions
• Define specific training needs, define content and follow the training schedule these
