RELIABILITY ENGINEER

Introductie

We are currently looking for a Realibility Engineer.

Organisatie

Will be a member of the Project Asset Management Strategy team

Functie

Reliability and Maintenance Engineering SME support for the following PAMS deliverables :

Maintenance Strategy
Support and facilitate Asset Criticality Assessment events using the approved Pfizer process, assessment criteria and templates
Prepare for and facilitate the development of Asset Maintenance Strategies and Maintenance Task Lists including definition of Tools, Manning Needs, Spare Parts, etc., for subsequent upload to SAP PM.
Assist with development of site Maintenance Programs including CTU good practices, elastomer good practices, Rouge Management Plan etc.,
Assist with the deployment of the site wide condition monitoring program in line with defined maintenance strategies
Develop plan for maintainable spares including periodic maintenance schedule for certain spares (motors, pumps, valves etc..)

System Readiness

Develop a precision maintenance schedule that ensures rotating equipment is laser aligned and installed per manufacturing speciation’s prior to operation using the Pfizer blueprint template

Apply torquing good practices to assets as applicable and as defined in Pfizer guidelines.

Develop a set of targeted operational start-up checklists

Develop a detailed maintenance startup plan and operational readiness assessment

PAMS Turnover To Operations

Develop and deploy visual Maintenance & Reliability management Tier Boards / Effectiveness Displays

Provide input and content to the project Reliability and Asset Management Plan (RAMP) post turnover to Operations
