Business Analyst for CMS

Contract Length: Until Dec 31st 2026

Location: Brussels

Serving as the key link between business stakeholders and IT teams for this European transmission system operator, you'll ensure that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. You'll analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, design solutions with architects, test what the IT team delivers, and maintain high‑quality documentation. They must be able to challenge assumptions, collaborate with stakeholders, and help improve processes within the CMS/enterprise environment.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Good level of Dutch and/or French (with good knowledge of the other language) and English is required.
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis methods (BABOK, UML, BPMN) and their value in Software development.
• Experience in Agile Product working is a plus.
• Knowledge of ArchiMate is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex situations into manageable components, enabling clear understanding and effective problem-solving
• Strong collaborative mindset combined with a constructive, critical approach – able to work effectively with stakeholders while respectfully challenging assumptions to ensure optimal solutions.
