Senior Business Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive innovation and excellence in payment solutions within a global cash management environment. You will play a key role in transforming business challenges into scalable, user-centric solutions, improving payment flows, and enhancing client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements across business and IT teams
- Lead business analysis for initiatives focused on payment optimization, transparency, and exception reduction
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to shape and refine features
- Analyze client requests and recurring issues to identify root causes and drive continuous improvements
- Support implementation of modern payment capabilities (e.g., ISO20022, automation, smart routing)
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across international teams and ensure smooth delivery lifecycle
- Contribute to KPI definition and performance tracking through data-driven insights
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in payments or cash management
- Strong knowledge of payment processes, investigations, and global payment ecosystems (e.g., SWIFT)
- Experience with requirements management, testing, and IT environments
- Solid understanding of workflow processes and business analysis methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex problems into solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Languages
- English: Fluent (written & spoken)
- French: Strong proficiency
- Dutch: Nice to have
