We are looking for a strong Area Manager to lead to drive sales, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high customer service standards in the assigned area.
Key responsibilities include :
recruiting, hiring, coaching and training staff, conducting performance reviews and providing development opportunities.
Requirements
At least 10-year experience in management positions within Retail.
Passion and dynamism.
Ability to lead and inspire people.
Strong results-orientation.
Strong analytical spirit.
Problem-solving attitude.
Flexibility with availability to work on Saturdays and travel to ensure presence in the stores assigned.
Strong commercial skills.
Excellent communication-relational skills aimed at developing a local network.
Fluent knowledge of French and English. Dutch would be a plus.
