About the Role

As a Data Consultant, you work on end-to-end data initiatives: from collecting, modelling and transforming data to analysing, visualising and operationalising it. You support organisations in making informed decisions and building strong data foundations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and transform data from various sources.
• Build dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
• Support or develop data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and contribute to cloud-based data environments.
• Model datasets and contribute to efficient data structures.
• Identify patterns, insights and opportunities to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, engineers and business teams.
• Contribute to improving data quality, documentation and best practices.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You have a Master's Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.

Required Skills

• Solid knowledge of SQL and at least one analytics or visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Understanding of data modelling, data structures and relational databases.
• Experience with Python or ETL processes is a plus.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity.
• Curiosity, accuracy and a proactive way of working.
• Experience in cloud environments is an advantage.
• Fluency in Dutch and proficient in French is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package
