Remote engineer

We are looking for an IVVQ Engineer to lead system integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities across innovative, high-impact projects. In this role, you will oversee the full testing lifecycle ensuring that all functional, performance, and regulatory standards are met. You will collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and clients to guide system validation efforts from early design to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement IVVQ strategies aligned with project objectives, timelines, and industry standards;
• Prepare and execute test plans (functional, performance, compliance);
• Perform system integration activities and ensure readiness for qualification phases;
• Handle EMC / IMC testing requirements and guarantee compliance with regulatory standards;
• Conduct test campaigns in laboratory environments, including setup, procedure execution, and reporting;
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and project stakeholders;
• Monitor test progress, identify technical risks, and contribute to KPI reporting;
• Draft and maintain technical documentation (test plans, procedures, reports) to meet audit requirements;

Act as a technical point of reference and promote best practices in system testing and integration.

Profile

• Engineering degree (Master’s preferred) in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system testing, validation, and / or integration;
• Strong knowledge of EMC / IMC requirements and lab testing protocols;
• Familiarity with performance benchmarking and compliance testing frameworks;
• Solid understanding of system architecture and lifecycle management;
• Fluent in French, English is a plus;
