Internship - Marketing & Communications

To support our Marketing & Communication department, Avertim is looking for a motivated intern .

Under the supervision of the Marketing & Communications team, the intern will support the development and execution of creative and engaging communication initiatives that promote Avertim’s business activities, events, partnerships, and internal communities such as Sustainability initiatives. This role will combine strategic messaging, visual storytelling, and content creation across various channels.

1. Content Creation & Communication Campaigns

• Support the development & maintenance of a communication calendar for internal and external initiatives
• Create visually appealing and editorial content (social media posts, banners, infographics, newsletters, etc.)
• Contribute to the production of engaging multimedia formats (e.g. short videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes features)
• Support the adaptation of content for various audiences and platforms, ensuring consistency with Avertim’s brand identity

2. Events & Community Engagement

• Support communication around key corporate events and internal community initiatives (e.g. company gatherings, awareness days, business events, sustainability initiatives)
• Design creative communication assets for events, including:
• Visuals for internal displays, teasers, and posters
• Short video clips and event photography
• Social media content in coordination with the MarCom team

3. Strategic & Business Support

• Assist in the creation of slide decks, templates, and visuals for internal workshops, leadership presentations, and client-facing documents
• Help illustrate Avertim’s key activities, business offerings, and strategic initiatives through clear and impactful communication materials

Profile & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (minimum Master 1 level) in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch with excellent communication skills in English
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A first internship or relevant experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination is a strong plus
• Proactive, curious, and eager to contribute in a collaborative team environment
