Role

As a Senior Consultant in Digital Transformation, you serve as a strategic partner to leading organizations, helping them align ambitious business goals with the transformative power of technology. You’ll operate at the crossroads of business and IT, working across sectors to solve complex challenges and unlock new opportunities through innovative digital solutions.

Your dual fluency in Business Strategy and Digitalization enables you to design future-ready operating models, optimize key processes, and accelerate technology adoption—all while keeping the client ahead of rapid market and tech shifts.

From ideation to execution, you’ll take an active role in shaping digital transformation journeys across multiple industries. Partnering closely with clients, you’ll delve into their strategic vision, co-create target operating models, assess emerging technologies, and develop actionable roadmaps. Your impact will span across areas such as cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, data governance, cybersecurity, AI and emerging digital ecosystems.

Your role may include:

• Co-develop and implement digital transformation strategies that integrate technology across all dimensions of business
• Evaluate and contextualize emerging digital trends, platforms, and tools relevant to client sectors
• Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and innovation labs to identify opportunities and constraints
• Translate complex business needs into enterprise-level digital blueprints, leveraging tools like capability maps, businesses process, data models, and Target Operating Models
• Design and deploy smart automation and data solutions augmented by AI to streamline operations and enhance performance
• Modernize IT ecosystems, rationalizing application portfolios to match evolving business goals
• Reinforce strategic governance by designing agile, decision-oriented frameworks and collaboration models
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives—from strategy design through execution—ensuring measurable outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction

Your Profile

You are a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a passion for innovation, transformation, and client success. You bring a strong mix of business intuition, technical expertise, and consulting rigor.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in consulting or relevant roles, with a solid technical foundation (e.g., infrastructure, software development, application landscapes, cybersecurity, integrations, etc.)
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in digital transformation projects, such Digital Platforms, Identity Access Management, Process Automation, Application portfolio Rationalization, Data Governance & Management, Cloud Adoption Framework, Risk Management, or Enterprise Architecture
• Deep interest in emerging tech and regulatory innovation (e.g., GenAI, RegTech, Zero Trust, ESG-driven transformation, etc.)
• Strong command of IT architecture and enterprise technology ecosystems
• Proven ability to connect the dots between business goals and digital enablement—developing practical, client-relevant strategies
• Familiarity with design thinking, lean innovation, or agile methodologies
• An analytical and structured mindset, with high attention to detail
• A consultative and client-oriented approach, capable of building trusted, long-term relationships
• A collaborative spirit, with a people-first leadership style and excellent team skills
• Fluency in French and Dutch, with a good working knowledge of English
