SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER BeNeLux & NORDICS

For their Aftermarket Division in Lummen (B) we are looking for a Sales Account Manager BNL & Nordics

Responsibilities :

  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results;
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for your region, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors;
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Meet with customers in your region to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our clients relationship with them;
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics;
  • Provide periodically report of field sales success;
  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for your defined geography and accounts;
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions;

Experience :

  • Proven track record of successful sales and market development in the automotive aftermarket sector;
  • Experience in developing sales strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Familiarity with customer service, logistics, and shipping to customers;
  • Experience in managing distributors, wholesalers and other partners;
  • Characteristics :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.;
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen;
  • Collaborative and team-oriented problem-solving approach with a solutions-focused mindset;
  • Expertise in sales and business development.;
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis;
  • Willingness to travel in your region;
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, CRM;
  • Professional knowledge English and Dutch.
