Vulcain Engineering Belgium is looking for a Nuclear Assistant Project Manager to join its team.


ABOUT THE POSITION:


  • Support during the implementation and follow-up of the technical aspects of various projects to ensure the long-term management of spent nuclear fuel on site;
  • Long-term planning and ensuring these projects comply with the expectations of all stakeholders
  • Management of supply and service contracts related to spent fuel management;
  • Support during technical analyses and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers involved in spent fuel management;
  • Technical monitoring, schedule compliance, and budget supervision.


ABOUT YOU:


  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, process, electrical, or nuclear engineering
  • 1 year of experience in the nuclear industry
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory (Dutch is a plus)
  • Knowledge of nuclear norms, regulations and national stakeholders
  • Willingness to grow as project manager in the long-term

  • An annual gross salary ranging from 41 000€ to 49 000€ paid over 13,92 months and advantages such as a company car (and fuel card), representation fees, insurances, meal vouchers, eco cheques, a sectorial bonus (the salary indicated corresponds to the level of experience mentioned in the job description. For any other level of experience, the annual salary may vary accordingly)
