As administrative support on our finance department you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as agenda management, scheduling of meetings, arrange transport and facility management.

• Answer and forward phone calls

• Management of stock and ordering stationery

• Responsible for facility management of the Finance Department

• Being in contact with the in-house maintenance service

• Manage the agenda's and schedule meetings ( meeting rooms, check IT materials, …)

• Travel arrangement

• Arrange transport (taxi,...)

• Handling incoming and outcoming mail , for ex. pick up and deposit mail, draw up mails, filing them

• Handling the documents which needs to be signed

• Legislation and Apostille of documents

• Ad hoc tasks

• First experience as an Administrative Support, preferably at a secretariat;

• You are fluent in Dutch and English;

• Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software;

• Strong organizational competencies, used to meet short deadlines;

• Pro-active and can do attitude, work independently and autonomously;

• You are very accurate and like to work on the details;
