Job title: Functional Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Client’s existing Life & Pensions business processes and system landscape.
• Analyze Mainframe and CICS-based applications to map data flows and business logic.
• Conduct discussions with business users and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Document As-Is processes, system interfaces, and functional specifications.
• Support identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in the insurance domain.
• Strong knowledge of Life and Pension products in the Belgian market.
• Added Advantage if knowledge on Mainframe, CICS, JCL, and COBOL.
• Experience in documenting processes and preparing functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English & French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
