Supply Chain/Procurement Coordinator FR/ENG

Your new role

For one of our clients active in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Supply Chain/Procurement Specialist to strengthen the Procurement team. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring optimal stock availability, supplier performance and smooth operational flows.

You will analyze stock levels, manage supplier orders and contribute directly to the profitability of the company through efficient and structured purchasing and replenishment processes.

You collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse, supply chain) as well as European and Asian suppliers to guarantee high service levels and reliable product availability.

Main responsibilities

Stock Management & Demand Analysis

• Monitor stock levels and anticipate replenishment needs.
• Ensure product availability in line with service level targets.
• Analyze consumption trends and support forecasting activities.

Supplier Orders & Follow‑up

• Generate, validate and follow up supplier purchase orders.
• Handle specific customer requests and encode them in the ERP.
• Track delivery reliability, lead times and potential supply risks.

Purchasing & Negotiation

• Negotiate prices and commercial conditions when relevant.
• Strengthen supplier relationships while ensuring optimal cost conditions.
• Support the evaluation and selection of suppliers.

Master Data & ERP Accuracy

• Create and update product master data in the ERP.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date supplier and pricing data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing and supply chain processes.

Your profile

• You have experience in industrial procurement or operational supply chain.
• Strong understanding of stock management, replenishment flows and ERP usage.
• Proven negotiation skills with suppliers, with a pragmatic and professional communication style.
• Analytical, structured and autonomous, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a structured environment with clear processes.
• Proficient in Excel and able to work with data‑driven insights.
• Fluent in French and English, Dutch is an asset.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and strong team spirit, able to collaborate across departments.
