Responsibilities
- Electrical Project Manager
- Lead the planning and delivery of electrical systems including HV / LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, earthing, and control systems
- Manage electrical scopes across design, construction, testing, and commissioning phases
- Coordinate interfaces between Electrical, Mechanical, CSA, and Digital Systems
- Oversee contractor performance against programme, quality, and safety requirements
- Ensure electrical works comply with local codes, international standards, and client specifications
- Implement and maintain electrical quality assurance and inspection regimes
- Promote health, safety, and environmental standards across all electrical works
- Act as a key point of contact between the Client, Design teams, Contractors, and Utilities
- Contribute to technical workshops and progress meetings
- Manage risks, technical queries, and delivery constraints
- Track electrical progress against programme milestones and report status to senior stakeholders
- Support change control processes, providing technical input on scope, risk, and impact
- Ensure all electrical documentation, testing records, and commissioning data are complete and auditable
Experience Required for the Electrical Project Manager
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related disciplineProven experience delivering electrical packages in Data Centre environmentsUnderstanding of critical power systems, redundancy, resilience, and commissioning processesExperience operating in a client side or consultancy environment with multiple stakeholdersFluent in English, both written and spokenYou’ll succeed in this role if you are :
