Management Officer

What you will work on:

• As a Manager, you’ll join a young and motivated team working on digital attestation and certification projects (SOC 1, SOC 2, ISAE 3000, ISO 27001).
• You’ll act as a subject matter expert, project lead or Lead Auditor, guiding teams of 2–5 team members and reviewing their work.
• Your role includes working closely with clients, managing project files, performing testing procedures, drafting reports and ensuring documentation meets professional standards.
• You’ll also support the preparation and presentation of proposals and contribute to the growth of our Digital Assurance and Certification practice.

What do you need:

• A proactive, motivated team player who takes ownership, is organized, and eager to continue learning.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (both is a plus).
• A degree in business or economics and at least two years of experience in IT attestation (SOC 1, SOC 2, ISAE 3000) or certification.
• Additional certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, CISA, CISSP) or knowledge of e‑Archiving/eIDAS are a strong plus.
• Confidence navigating AI‑related topics, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies.
