Role Overview
As part of the team in charge of the Intelligent Industry at Invent, the (Senior) Director will provide expertise on issues related to operations. He/she will assist clients in activating all the levers at their disposal to improve their competitiveness.

Your role, as (Senior) Director, includes the following:

1. Business Development: Develop part of the business within Capgemini Invent, establish credibility as a leader, contribute to business growth through client acquisition and account expansion with support from all teams.
2. People Management: Support employee development and act as a Talent Leader, guiding consultants throughout their careers.
3. Delivery: Develop relationships at the CxO level and lead large projects involving multiple Group entities to deliver optimal solutions.
4. Driving Innovation: Contribute to project success, foster innovative thinking on new business models/services/assets, and enhance the Invent brand through publications and interventions.

Your Profile

• Graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university.
• 10-15+ years of experience, preferably in organization, strategy, transformation consulting, with operational experience in industry.
• Strong sectoral expertise and knowledge of industrial issues.
• Experience managing digital transformation projects in industrial environments.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills and team mobilization ability.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with good English skills.
