As the EA you will report directly to the CDTO and define clear directions to enable Digital Transformation taking into account the current AS IS situation and the future state TO BE architecture. To do so you will give clear advice and are responsible to ensure the execution of the business strategies by developing the best Information System based on best practices and clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Promote the business value as an enabler of strategy formulation and provide support for technology innovation, which drives the organization’s top and bottom lines.
• Define the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
• Create reference architectures focused on dependencies between business and IT.
• Provide the necessary leadership, perform analysis and design tasks related to support the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards.
• Understand the business drivers and capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.
• Lead analysis of the business’s future-state capabilities and IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement to drive the business forward, considering Time-to-Market, future-proof technologies and maintainability.
• Present gap analyses and IT investment roadmaps that reflect the status of the existing IT estate, namely its ability to contribute to future-state business capabilities around ecosystems and digital platforms.
• Facilitate the evaluation and selection of standard software products, solutions and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.
• Support EA activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions .
