What will you be doing?

• You’ll be contacting candidates on a daily basis, guiding the  application process from start to finish : from sourcing to interviewing (like, duh!) and, ultimately, making suitable candidates an ‘offer they can’t refuse’. Of course, you’ll also be involved in making their  onboarding  process the best one possible.
• In this role, you’ll work in close collaboration with hiring managers , acting as their trusted recruitment partner. Together, you’ll define needs, align expectations, challenge and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, from intake to final hire.
• Your primary focus will be on junior and campus recruitment, reaching out and connecting with recent graduates through various channels, such as job fairs. You will take full ownership of your campus recruitment initiatives , managing your own budget and projects end-to-end. This role also includes our  internship program  since we expect you to match students with the right project and, if possible, support them in a smooth transition to becoming a permanent member of the #peopleofdelaware.
• After your first year in junior recruitment, you’ll also be able to work on other projects that excite you, such as designing employer branding campaigns, working on different  HR projects , help  strategize  junior recruitment… it’s completely up to you!
• At delaware, you'll learn and grow with  close mentorship : from day one, you will receive personalized training and hands-on guidance from our experienced recruitment team. Together we'll develop your skills so you can thrive in your role as junior recruiter.

delaware has offices all over Belgium, but we’re currently looking for a colleague close to our office in  Antwerp or Limburg region. We are looking for someone who can preferably start as soon as possible. Please specify in your application by when you would be able to start.
