The Opportunity:

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Support a variety of recruitment processes from start to finish, managing a high volume of end-to-end recruitment activity
• Post new jobs on our internal careers page as well as external job boards, ensuring that adverts are accurate and fit for their purpose and audience
• Handle general recruitment queries from hiring managers, external providers, and associates
• Proactively monitor recruitment campaigns throughout their application period, feeding back on low application rates or other concerns
• Ensure that applicants personal details are added to and are correctly recorded in our ATS
• Correctly manage a variety of key stakeholder relationships, managing expectations based on workload and volumes
• Support candidates with their preparation of interviews, providing them with interview confirmations, job descriptions, and answering any questions they have about the process
• Respond to recruiting-related inquiries from internal or external candidates on various topics such as application status, recruiting process or scheduling-related questions

What you’ll need to be successful at Avantor:

• Speak Dutch, French and English
• Previous experience is highly desirable (ideally in recruitment or sales)
• Confidence when speaking to a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally
• The ability to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously and at different stages
• The ability to work under pressure and in accordance with tight timescales
• The ability to be very resilient and flexible
