We are currently looking for a Business Analyst – Digital Channels (Chatbot) to support one of our key clients in enhancing their digital customer experience.

Mission Context

Within a digital channels environment, you will contribute to the delivery of intuitive and engaging experiences for both customers and employees.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the chatbot roadmap, ensuring seamless integration into existing digital channels while enhancing the overall customer experience.

You will manage initiatives from ideation to delivery, working in a fast-paced, Agile environment with multiple stakeholders.

Function Description

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate business needs and pain points from internal and external stakeholders

• Build strong expertise on the chatbot and digital channels domain

• Collaborate closely with business and technical experts to define product concepts, processes, and functional architecture

• Engage with end-users (internal and external) to validate needs in collaboration with UX researchers and Product Owners

Product & Agile Delivery

• Contribute to product definition using MVP (Minimum Viable Product) principles

• Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization and refinement

• Define acceptance criteria for features and ensure clarity for development teams

• Work closely with Product Owners and development teams during feature refinement

Testing & Implementation Support

• Support business testing and organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards

• Assist in change management and go-to-market activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor solution performance using KPIs

• Identify improvement opportunities and feed them into the product backlog

• Contribute to continuous enhancement of chatbot solutions and digital channels

Language Requirements

• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills (mandatory)

• French: Strong communication skills (nice to have)

• Dutch: Strong communication skills (nice to have)

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management

• Experience in digital channels environments

• Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams in financial institutions

• Experience with chatbot or AI implementation from a functional perspective is a strong asset

Technical & Business Skills

• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements

• Experience with MVP approach and backlog management

• Understanding of digital customer journeys and UX principles

Nice to have:

• Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management

• Experience with chatbot or conversational AI solutions
