A unique opportunity for a seasoned Senior Business Controller to take the lead in financial steering and business performance within a dynamic services environment in Duffel. This role offers broad exposure, autonomy, and real influence on strategic decisions. Your responsibilities as a Senior Business Controller : Coordinate controlling across commercial, operational, and cost areas Partner with sales and marketing to analyze margins, pricing, and profitability Support business cases and strategic initiatives with financial insights Monitor performance versus budget and forecast, delivering clear recommendations Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development to enhance performance tracking Drive process improvements, automation, and Working Capital optimization About you : You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics You have 6+ years' controlling experience, ideally in an international environment You understand operations, cost structures, and P&L management You master ERP and BI tools (SAP, QlikSense, Hyperion) You are analytical, proactive, and tech-savvy with strong communication skills You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution The offer : A stimulating international se...
