Senior Sales Manager

We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to help shape the direction and be part of our company's growth.

As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and selling AutoStore solutions across the EMEA region, with a focus on the Benelux market. You will take the lead in identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing complex sales projects from start to finish.

Your tasks

Working in close partnership with the local Kardex and AutoStore teams, you’ll consult customers on their logistics processes and craft tailored, high-impact solutions that deliver measurable value.

This will specifically involve :

Identifying and developing new AutoStore opportunities in EMEA, especially in Benelux.

Leading the full sales cycle : acquisition, design, simulation, offer, negotiation, and contract closure.

Collaborating with logistics consultants and technical teams to propose optimal solutions.

Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

Contributing to a startup-minded, fast-growing business environment within Kardex.

Your profile

Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent by experience.

Dutch speaker, fluent in English (other languages are a plus).

Experience in intralogistics sales and consulting.

Proven record of closing complex, high-value projects.

Strong understanding of logistics and IT processes.

Furthermore :
