We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer (GenAI) to strengthen our Artificial Intelligence team at Datashift.

Your Responsibilities

As a GenAI Engineer, you will develop AI solutions to address specific business challenges with a focus on GenAI applications. You’ll do this in collaboration with other domain experts to understand requirements and identify the data required to deliver the expected value. You will also actively contribute to proof of concepts to demonstrate expected business value of AI use cases.

• Maintaining a scalable and efficient codebase for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Deploying production ready ML pipelines in the cloud
• Staying up to date and experimenting with new techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy
• Working closely with software engineers and DevSecOps to successfully integrate your models into existing customer environments
• Capturing feedback from stakeholders on outcomes and iterating your solution to continuously improve value
• Coaching junior team members and providing technical guidance and support
• Acting as tech‑lead on a per‑project basis
