We focus on solving complex problems with simple principles far from ready made ideas. ⭐️ The Key Account Management Team at Alan ⭐️ Our Account Management team’s purpose is to make our key accounts stay and grow with Alan. We created the team in 2023 and 3 people in it today in Belgium. We are looking for several amazing people to help us take care of our growing customer base in Belgium. We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!⭐️Your mission ⭐️ As a Key Account Manager, you will : - Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagships companies - Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and display a customer-centric approach to identify the main needs and allow our clients to achieve their goals through Alan- Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them- Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins- Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews- Identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing customers- Be in charge of cross-selling / upselling our portfolio to answer customer needs and pain points- Renegotiate contracts to guarantee both great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability- Participate in the evolution of our products and services, acting as the voice of our customers when discussing with Product teams- Support new customer acquisition, by promoting our Key Account Management program to prospects and partnering with Sales teamsThe role will initially be 100% focused on upselling a dedicated portfolio of customers , requiring a strong mix of sales and account management skills. Once this upsell campaign comes to an end you will gradually transition into a more traditional Key Account Management role ⭐️ Join The Key Account Management Team! ⭐️ ✨ We are looking for passionate people who want to bring delight to their clients ! ✨ Profile : - At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Account Management, Key Account Management, Pre-Sales) with frequent interactions with C-Levels- Excellent track record - we are looking for over-performers- Experience working with companies of more than 200 employees- Strong interest in the healthcare sector (and in Alan) will be strongly appreciated- Previous experience in Insurance or any industry linked to benefits is a plus (but definitely not a must-have !) Hard skills : - Negotiation skills- Time Management- Positive lobbying : ability to identify key influential figures and to cultivate and grow a network- Excellent communication skills (written & oral in both Dutch and / or French & English), preferably bi-lingual (French & Dutch)- Good problem-solving skills (problem structuring and identification of relevant solutions)- Analytical skills (ability to draw structured and data-based reports from our activity)- Structured with exceptional follow-up skills ✨ If you recognise yourself in the below criteria, then you must be a great fit! ✨ - You have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role including frequent interactions with C-Levels- You are fluent both in French and English, being perfectly bilingual Dutch / French is a strong plus- You are experienced in dealing with companies of more than 200 employees- You have the tact and empathy that make great negotiators- You are an expert in positive lobbying with key stakeholders and create long-term relationship based on trust and transparency- You are analytical and love to solve problems in order to delight our members- You have great active listening skills ans are a master in the art of crafting the right follow-up message- You have a growth mindset : you are able to adapt to new trends and to develop an in-depth understanding of the health insurance market It is nice to have  a previous experience in Insurance or any industry linked to benefits (but definitely not a must-have !)For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D .🙌 Perks & BenefitsAt Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees.
