Our aim is to replace fossil based materials by innovating and developing new products and services based on wood and other renewable materials. We are looking for a new colleague Customer Service Specialist in Ghent. As a Customer Service Specialist you provide exceptional support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You are responsible for effectively communicating with customers, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering timely and accurate information or solutions to meet customer needs. What will you doing? - Daily communication with customers, sales managers, logistics, mill production planning and supply chain coordination teams about order related matters. - Receiving, processing and confirming orders. - Planning customer deliveries and follow-up of stocks, proactive offering of available stock materials to customers. - Monitoring customer sales plan, quota, orderbook and acting when needed. - Pipeline order management. - Reporting on demand for customer related information. - Being first-line support for sustainability related topics. - Participating in the development work related to own responsibility area. - Support in knowledge sharing among the different customer service teams. Wie ben jij? m / v / x
Opleiding : You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and experience in a sales and / or customer service environment.
Vakkennis : You have relevant experience in a sales and customer service environment.
Talenkennis : You are fluent in English and German.
