Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you develop, coordinate, and execute all FLAMANT Marketing & Communication activities.

In your role you are a crucial part of the FLAMANT Marketing team.

The ideal candidate has experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communication, advertising, branding, digital, social media and events.

The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Tasks :

• In cooperation with management, develop and execute the full Flamant online & offline marketing strategy & plan : Manage all marketing communication activitiesPlan, budget and executeEmail marketingAdvertisingSearch advertisingSocial advertising
• Measure and maximize ROI of all activities, ensure continuous improvement.
• Customer insights, competitor analyses and market trends are included in your execution & optimalisation.
• Support the FLAMANT digital marketing strategy, leveraging various platforms and tools to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
• Track & report on paid ads on Google & Meta for effective traffic and ROAS.
• Contribute to the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal (CRM) tools (Sales Manago, Trello …), including databases.
• Maintain inventory of sales support & POS materials, ensuring all are current and accurate and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
• You are the point of contact for third parties (Press – Agencies – Events – Stores …).
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Collaborate closely with content marketer, ecommerce marketer and graphic design team.
