1. Relevant clinical, health or social care expertise and proven commitment to one or more of the fields relevant to the faculty, and a network of national and international successful collaborations that will benefit our future directions. 2. Track record of successful capacity building, including PhD supervision, attracting PhD fellowship funding, and growing post-doctoral teams. 3. Experience of serving on grant giving and funding committees. 4. Ability to identify new research, PhD supervision or education opportunities and collaborative partnerships to enhance the work of the Better Health & Care Hub, Faculty and King’s. 5. Experience in online or blended teaching and assessment, such as via digital platforms, on-line learning environments, use of digital tools for student engagement, especially with interdisciplinary audiences.
